Delta Lake State Park is located located on Delta Lake Reservoir north of Rome. There may be a fee for entering the park. Please be sure that you are properly dressed for the paddle and have all appropriate equipment.
Note: We typically stop half way through the paddle for a break. Feel free to bring something to snack on. Also, be sure to note the weather conditions by clicking the "Local Weather Forecast" button, and check the website for last minute changes or cancellations.
Directions from Syracuse: Take the NYS Thruway east to exit 33 in Verona. Turn right onto Route 365 and continue to Rome, NY. Take Route 49 into Rome and then turn right onto Route 46. Continue on Route 46 approximately 6 miles to Delta Lake State Park.
