Rollins Pond
Camping/Kayaking Weekend
July 23-26, 2015

Tupper Lake, NY

Rollins Pond is a kayaker's dream spot.  One pond connects to the next pond to the next pond to the next...   There is plenty of wildlife, because only small boats are allowed (no jet skiis).  There are portages between some ponds, so bring wheels.   We are reserving on loop sites 64-92.  You will drive through Fish Creek Pond to get to the Rollins Pond campsites.  If you are reserving late you could end up on Fish Creek.  Sites are smaller and closer on Fish Creek, but there are so many sites on the water with easy access, you may not care.  The nearest restaurants are approx 20 minutes away, so plan your meals accordingly.  There is a small grocery store nearby with tasty subs, fresh cut meat, and cinnamon rolls baked each morning.  Ice, fire wood, and ice cream trucks deliver to campsites.  There are almost 300 sites between these two Ponds, so two weeks before the trip please post your site number on the message board so we can find you.
