Here we go for our annual “Lights on
the Lake” Paddle. We will be
paddling along the eastern shore of Onondaga
Lake. From the launch site, we will paddle south
along the eastern shore to the area near the
entrance of "Lights on the Lake" off the
Onondaga Lake Parkway and wait for the lights to
be turned on. At that time, we will return along
the shore to view the "Lights in the Lake"
display. Because of the time of
year, this trip is only for experienced
paddlers who are properly prepared for cold
weather and cold water conditions.
Launch time is
4:00 PM. All paddlers must wear a US Coast
Guard approved PFD.
